Well, the damage caused by spammers using zombies
includes forcing www.monkeys.com to drop its anti-spam
offerings. The best solution I know of is the one I suggested.

Do you agree that we need a system which protects such
sites? Can you suggest one?

Why does an ISP charging a spammer for spamming make the
situation worse?
