The major utility of large cleanup fees is that the dirtbags of course
refuse to pay them so you can shut them off for non-payment END OF
DISCUSSION.

That coupled with a stated credit limit beyond which you'll require a
cash deposit or payment in advance and you can shut them off
immediately and don't even have to entertain a discussion about
content, intent, portent, etc.

Actually, we charge on spam COMPLAINTS, $50 per each processing fee,
forgiven at our discretion, credit limit $100, if you can find a
better deal TAKE IT don't let the door hit you on the way out.
