Or the ISPs don't allow them to change the filter.. My mail-server uses SpamAssassin, but as far as I know, doesn't allow you to change the filter. Maybe I could invoke the SA program with a different filter directly from my Procmail file.. But that may not really be germane here - I should just get a better ISP. But perhaps not - how many power users are on ISPs that *don't* allow them to tweak the filters even if they wanted to?
