LMTP doesn't. SMTP clients are most likely able to deal with LMTP
too as it's just a "minor" change. In fact, I just implemented this
for the SMTP client in my MTA.

Let's make support for PIPELINING a MUST for this extension too
(as it is the case for LMTP).
