Not without an RFC number for your DNSBL draft ;-)  What's the state
of the art with this memo ?  Looking for an A-D, needs a write up, or
still waits for "IRTF RFC publishing rules" ?  I'm not aware of any
pending effort to create new rules for the IRTF, besides I don't care
about it as long as your DNSBL draft *somehow* gets an RFC number.
