No Doug. You're missing the point again. The BCP doesn't attempt to  
define how a list should be defined, nor what it should contain.  
ASNs, IPs, rDNS entries, First Names, X-Mailer entries, whatever you  
want. It does NOT attempt to define this. If it does, point out where  
it does that and help us fix the problem. If you can't, please shut  
the hell up because you're simply whining instead of trying to help.
