Everybody has the right to express his opinion (and more importantly,
technical arguments) on the mailing list.

I asked my colleague to express his own opinion on this matter. I did
not tell him "Please vote in favor of the DT draft". (and I am not
accusing anyone of not expressing his own opinion, but the opinion of
the supervisor/colleague etc.) But please, let's close this
discussion. I am sorry if that diverged from the main, technical
issue.
