[Autoconf] Hiroshima WG meeting preparation: Scribe-solicitation

All,

Following the excellent example of [mext], I thought it might be a  
good idea to do some of the administrative tasks done in advance.

The [autoconf] session is scheduled:

		o	Monday, nov. 9, 2009 at 1740-1940
			Arcacia West

We're looking for volunteers to help with the following tasks:

		o	Minute taking (two volunteers)

		o	Jabber Scribe (one volunteer)

		o	Jabber "Speaker" (one volunteer)
			(for taking questions/comments on Jabber and relaying over the mike).

Considering that we expect quite a few to be following the meeting  
remotely this time, these three tasks are of paramount importance to  
the WG, and volunteer assistance will be greatly appreciated by  
everybody.

We have in the past had both excellent minute takers and Jabber  
scribes, and we hope that there will be also excellent volunteers for  
these tasks at this meeting.

Please do let the chairs know asap that (not if!) you are willing to  
help out with these important tasks,
