[AVT] RFC 2833 follow-up questions

Hi Folks,
Thanks for the helpful responses to my previous question. I have a couple of
follow-up questions, if you don't mind.

1) Is it correct that for RFC 2833 tones, the timestamp increments for each
successive packet and the duration is not cumulative but reflects the
duration represented by each individual packet?

2) Do you know if anyone is actually implementing RFC tones in the field? So
far I'm only aware of named event implementations.
