[AVT] Last Call: Enhanced Compressed RTP (CRTP) for links with highdelay, packet loss and reordering to Proposed Standard

The IESG has received a request from the Audio/Video Transport Working 
Group to consider Enhanced Compressed RTP (CRTP) for links with high 
delay, packet loss and reordering <draft-ietf-avt-crtp-enhance-07.txt> 
as a Proposed Standard.  

The IESG plans to make a decision in the next few weeks, and solicits
final comments on this action.  Please send any comments to the 
iesg@ietf.org or ietf@ietf.org mailing lists by 2003-3-19.
