[AVT] Summary for draft-ietf-avt-uncomp-video-03

Dear all:

The following is a list of changes made to draft
draft-ietf-avt-uncomp-video-03.txt

  - the tables tabulating pgroup values have been replaced by 
    explanatory text 
  - pgroup is not longer signaled out of band
  - SDP parameters color-mode and sub-sampling have been merged
    into a single parameter called sampling. 
  - added text detailing relation to RFC 3497
  - added BGR color sub-sampling

The only remaining open issue left on the draft is:
  - are the values listed for the SDP colorimetry parameters 
    sufficient?
    these values are:  BT601-5, BT709-2, SMPTE240M
