[AVT] WG agenda time

Hi,

If you haven't yet submitted a request for WG agenda, please do so as 
soon as possible. We will accept them until midnight (24.00 GMT).

Submitting a draft before the deadline, is not sufficient to receive any 
time on the AVT WG session agenda time.

The request shall be sent to both us chairs. In the request include the 
following information:

B. Name of presenter:

C. Draft Reference(s):

D. Requested amount of time in minutes:
