[AVT] Last Call: 'Registration of the text/red MIME Sub-Type' to Proposed Standard



This is a good draft.

RED is the MIME name that refers to redundancy. And as stated in RFC 2198,
SDP needs text/red to allow text to be transported redundantly.
If Audio has it. Why not text too? Fits with the total conversation where
audio, video and text is used simultaneously.

That is thus a good IANA completion here.

Looks good for me.
