[AVT] Request for agenda time at the upcoming IETF AVT meeting

I have just submitted a new Internet Draft (co-authored with Mike Luby (Digital Fountain) and Hiroaki Nishimoto (Sumitomo Electric Networks)), titled:

	RTP Payload Format for Generic FEC-Encoded Time-Sensitive Media

You can find a copy online at:
	<http://www.live.com/draft-luby-avt-rtp-generic-fec-00.txt>

Abstract
   This document describes a RTP payload format for streams that have
   been encoded using Forward Error Correction (FEC), for enhanced
   reliability. The FEC encoding scheme is assumed to be an
   instantiation of the "FEC Building Block" defined in RFC 3452, and
   packets and parameters defined for the encoding scheme are used
   directly as corresponding RTP payloads and parameters.

I.e., this is taking the "FEC Building Block" work that was recently done within the RMP (Reliable Multicast Transport) working group, and describing how it can be adapted for use for RTP streaming.

I would like a brief slot of time (e.g., 10 minutes?) to discuss this draft, and whether it makes sense for this work to be adopted as a work item for the AVT group.

	Ross.
