[AVT] Multi-flow RTP: Individual draft submission

Dear AVT Group -

A few of us have been working on defining a Multi-flow real-time 
transport protocol (MRTP) for carrying real-time
transport across multiple flows/paths. Our proposed protocol has a lot 
of similarities with RTP.  We submitted
the draft to IETF and should appear in the draft directory soon.

Even though we realize that this is not under the current charter of
