[AVT] FW: [psst] last audioMuxElement containing fewer packets than signaled allowed

Dear AVT's,
The below problem was raised during Interoperability tests, I am not sure if we brought this issue to you in the past, however, we would like to get your comments on it.
Thanks

Subject: [psst] last audioMuxElement containing fewer packets than signalled allowed

Hi All,
I would like to discuss again an open issue we have on the Implementation guide - item number 2.11.
The problem description is as follow:
when streaming AAC under the ‘cpresent=0’ restriction, you cannot reconfigure the number of frames per audioMuxElement during streaming.  This may present a problem at the end of the stream, since the final audioMuxElement (completed in the last RTP packet) might need to contain fewer AAC frames than originally configured at start of streaming

We have previously suggested, the the streaming server will pad with zero's the remaining amount of frames, but we never had any progress with it.
Any new suggestions?
We face this problem in the current stage #4 tests.
Thanks
