This draft looks good.
In my opinion this version is ready for the Proposed Standard RFC traject.

Personally I regret the weakening of some terms in this draft (about 2
generations redundancy as default and audio/t140c usage). I'd love to see
more MUSTs in it. :-)

But I can live with the compromises in this draft and will in other drafts
make the implementations more set into stone.

Text Conversation <draft-ietf-avt-rfc2793bis-08.txt>. Please send final 
comments on this draft to the mailing list by 2 August 2004. If no 
issues are raised by that time, we'll request the IESG to consider this 
draft for publication as a Proposed Standard RFC.
