The other draft (draft-clark-avt-rtpmibv2-01.txt) doesn't appear
to have made it to the archives yet. It should appear in the next
couple of days, with the obvious URL.

These are all individual submissions, rather than AVT work items,
and so are not listed on the AVT web page. There is a mailing list
for draft announcements <i-d-announce at ietf.org>, to which you can
subscribe if you wish to be notified of all drafts as they become
available.
