[AVT] Working group last call: draft-ietf-avt-rtp-h264-10.txt

There were a number of comments made during the previous working group 
last call on the H.264 payload format. This draft is believed to 
address all the issues raised - please review and send any final 
comments to the list.

If no issues are raised by 3rd August, we intend to request that the 
IESG consider this for publication as a proposed standard RFC.
