Yes, it is a WG item, it is part of the current charter. As you say, the 
draft has expired, and the authors has been quiet for some time now. I 
will try to get hold of them.

This is clearly one way forward. We will have to discuss how this is to 
proceed and its interactions with UXP. I think we should hold off that 
discussion until closer to the meeting, when people has had time to 
consider your draft.
