Re: [AVT] Summary of changes to RFC-2833bis

It's time I prepared a summary.  There was a lot of rearrangement, but I also 
added a certain amount of normative text that should be highlighted.  And there 
were changes already before I touched the document.  I'm thinking how best to 
present the changes: perhaps by explaining the origin of each part of the latest 
issue of the draft.  This would have a lot of detail.  There should also be an 
executive summary of the changes in normative content.

Other suggestions welcome ...
