The timely publication of the draft-ietf-avt-rfc2793bis-08.txt will enable
service providers to enhance the support for relay services for the
hearing/speech disabled and also to include Text Conversation as a feature
in SIP Telephony devices.

This is to announce a working group last call on the RTP Payload for Text
Conversation <draft-ietf-avt-rfc2793bis-08.txt>. Please send final comments
on this draft to the mailing list by 2 August 2004. If no issues are raised
by that time, we'll request the IESG to consider this draft for publication
as a Proposed Standard RFC.
