Thanks for your positive comments on the text packetization spec rfc2793bis-08,

I agree that its publication should be important for healthy growth of services  including
real time text conversation.

User-to-user, emergency, relay, conferencing, distance learning, care etc, all need this
common way to include text in the calls.

You already have its compatible predecessor RFC 2793 recommended in your sip device
specification http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-sinnreich-sipdev-req-04.txt. That
is a good contribution towards general acceptance of compatible text in the call.
