[AVT] Midway summary for RFC2793bis-08 during last call.

The RTP packetization format rfc2793bis for real time text conversation is in last call,
ending August 2nd.

This is a report from midway in the last call, on July 28, intended to give a picture of
the status matching the presentation about it that I prepared today.


Manily positive comments have been received

The following modification proposals for clarification and correction are agreed:


1. The text in section 10.3 "-	The MIME type ("text")"  is proposed to be changed to
"-	The MIME type ("text" or "audio") " Because the paragraph is valid for both formats.

2. The words "any used profile, e.g. " is proposed to be inserted in the first paragraph
of section 9, to make it clear that congestion considerations are valid for all profiles.

3. The sentence in section 9: "As guidance, some load figures are provided here." is
suggested to be changed to read: "As guidance, some load figures are provided here as
examples based on use of IPv4, including the load from IP, UDP and RTP headers without
compression."  And the words "no header compression" deleted form a paragraph further
down. That would clarify the background to the load examples better.
