[AVT] jrtplib 3.0.0 beta

Hello everybody,

I'm looking for people to help me test the new version of jrtplib, an
open source RTP library implemented according to RFC 3550. Currently, it
compiles on Linux, MS-Windows and Solaris platforms. I'm looking for 
people to help me test the library on other platforms so if you're 
interested, you can find the source code at:
