[AVT] IPR on H.264 payload format

Folks,

The RTP payload format for H.264 video <draft-ietf-avt-rtp-h264-10.txt> 
recently completed working group last call. It is noted that Nokia has 
filed a disclosure that it has one or more pending patent applications 
that may relate to the draft 
(http://www.ietf.org/ietf/IPR/NOKIA-draft-ietf-avt-rtp-h264.txt). The 
working group has been correctly notified of these claims according to 
IETF rules.

My understanding is that the working group is aware of these claims and 
that the consensus is to publish the draft as a Proposed Standard RFC. 
Accordingly, I intend to request that the IESG consider this draft for 
publication.
