[AVT] Post WG last call edits on the H.264 payload format: Editorial

Hi Colin,

We authors has received and our self founds some editorial issues that needs to be fixed before submitting it to the IESG.

Miska found a couple of typos related to use of underscore:
Page 37, 4th paragraph: Change "max_mbps" to "max-mbps" and "max_dpb" to
"max-dpb"
Page 41: Change "max_br" to "max-br"
Page 44: Change "deint_buf_req" to "sprop-deint-buf-req"
Page 45, 3rd paragraph: Change "deint_buf_cap" to "deint-buf-cap"
Page 46, 3rd paragraph: Change "init_buf_time" to "sprop-init-buf-time"

Miska also found that the following paragraph in Section 7.2.2 is in error and contradicts the definition of the sprop-init-buf-time and the proposal is to remove the paragraph completely.

o Variable ts is set to the value of system timer that was
initialized to 0 when the first packet of the NAL unit stream was
received. If the deinterleaving buffer contains a NAL unit whose
reception time tr fulfills the condition that ts - tr > sprop-
init-buf-time, NAL units are passed to the decoder (and removed
from the deinterleaving buffer) in the order specified below until
the deinterleaving buffer contains no NAL unit whose reception
time tr fulfills the specified condition. Note that transmission
delay jitter should be taken into account in the calculations with
     timestamps.

We think these changes does not effect the technical solution and are all editorial or only effects informational text. Thus it seems that these would not require a new WG last call.

Cheers
