[AVT] G.711 audio MIME registration

It seems odd that there is not a MIME type registration for G.711 a-law data.  Mu-law is registered as audio/basic.  RFC 3551 assigned a payload type of 8 and an encoding name of PCMA.  RFC 3555 defines many/most other telco audio formats, but neglects a-law. 

Is it true there is no MIME-type for a-law or am I missing something?
