Roni,

I quickly reviewed the changes in this and 2032bis-02, and both look to 
be reasonable. If possible, though, I would like to see an explicit 
Backwards Compatibility section, since some features have been removed, 
and new ones added, and it's important to be clear on the effect this 
has.
