[AVT] Comments appreciated: draft-pelletier-rohc-over-reordering-00.txt

ROHCers and header compression folks in AVT,

As we got strong support for this draft at the San Diego ROHC
meeting and no signs of contradicting opinions on the list, we
have requested and received AD support for adding this as a WG document, with the purpose of becoming an Informational RFC.

Before making another revision of it, we would appreciate any
feedback on the current version. I therefore encourage you all
to read and comment on it.

Thanks!
/L-E
