[AVT] Checking of boilerplate for Internet-Drafts

Folks,

A reminder that the secretariat is now checking that all new internet 
draft submissions have the correct boilerplate. If your draft doesn't 
conform to the guidelines at 
http://www.ietf.org/ietf/1id-guidelines.txt it will be rejected.

You are STRONGLY URGED to use the idnits tool to check your draft 
before submitting it. See http://ietf.levkowetz.com/tools/idnits/
