Hi,

This draft is the start of updating the AMR and AMR-WB RTP payload to 
draft standard (RFC3267). Their is a detailed change section in the end 
of the draft which gives the different corrections applied, they are not 
that many.

The major new thing is the Offer/Answer section which is an proposal for 
discussion. This version may not fully address all the comments that was 
raised in the earlier discussion, so please review it and give comments 
on it.
