[AVT] Draft submission to IETF AVT WG - "draft-feiten-avt-bsacmodefor36 40-00.txt"

Dear AVT group,

we submitted a proposal for an Internet draft (draft-feiten-avt-bsacmodefor3640-00.txt) that we like to 
discuss within IETF AVT WG.

The title of this draft is: "New mode for rfc3640: AAC-BSAC with MPEG-21 gBSD".

This draft proposes a mode for RFC 3640 to support an MPEG-4 AAC-BSAC 
audio codec format with an optional attached bitstream description. 
The bitstream description employs the MPEG-21 generalized Bitstream 
Syntax Description Language (gBSDL). The description is attached as 
auxiliary header and can be used to support adaptation.
