I have submitted an update to the RFC 2833bis data events draft.  The changes are 
as I've indicated in previous notes:

- removed normative text regarding buffering policy.  Some text was added to the 
introduction to cover this point.

- reorganized the section on text telephony, separating the definition of events 
related to text modems from the discussion of V.18 operation.

- added a generic VBDGen indicator for use when the specific modem type is not 
identifiable but the gateway deduces that some sort of modem is in use.

Subject to any further comments being received, this document may be ready for WGLC.
