RE: [AVT] I-D ACTION:draft-ietf-avt-rtp-ac3-03.txt



Greetings,

As quoted below, there is a new revision of the I-D defining the RTP
payload format for AC-3. The major change for this version is the
removal of the capability to carry SMPTE time stamps in a payload
specific header. (I have also updated the IP boilerplate.)

I believe this addresses all comments I have received about this I-D. If
there are any further comments, I'll be glad to address them.
