[AVT] Working group last call: draft-ietf-avt-rtp-vc1-05.txt

This is to announce a brief working group last call on the VC-1  
payload format to confirm that the issues noted on the -04 version of  
the draft have been addressed in this version. Please send any final  
comments on this draft to the mailing list by 6th January 2006. If no  
substantive issues are raised by then, we will ask the IESG to  
consider this for publication as a proposed standard RFC.
