Alan,

Can you put more detailed explanation for the following metrics and how
they are calculated?

- interpolated frame loss rate
- V-factor
- VQS-Score 

The following metric will be useful in the video metric sub-block:

- video packet/sec rate

The attached draft was submitted last week however does not seem to have
emerged from the IETF as yet.  This comprises the "high resolution
metrics" block from the earlier RTCP XRbis draft - which the AVT chairs
requested be split into several drafts.  

Comments would be welcomed!!
