[AVT] Open source media over IP library

Hello everybody,

I just wanted to inform you that the research institute where I work
recently released the first official version of EMIPLIB, the EDM
Media over IP Library. The library is open source and aims to provide 
a flexible framework to create applications which can stream several 
kinds of media (including audio and video) over IP (either IPv4 or 
IPv6). Inter-media synchronization is also supported. More information
