[AVT] The FEC Grouping Draft

Dear Chairs,

Could we move forward the FEC grouping draft, and maybe request a WG last
call? The last revision of the FEC grouping draft has been posted for two
and a half months.

Any comments on this?

We are working on finishing up the FEC draft in AVT (avt-fec) which will
depend on this FEC grouping draft (mmusic-fec-grouping) to be operable.
