[AVT] [Fwd: I-D ACTION:draft-westerlund-avt-rtp-howto-00.txt]

Hi AVTers!

The below announced draft is a draft around the topic of writing RTP payload formats. It contains a lot of information that is good to think of before, and when writing RTP payload formats. It also includes a template with some stock text that may be used.

As this is a first version it still have some rough edges and is missing some parts. I would appreciate if all editors of payload formats would read it, consider it and comment on it. It is intended to become a information source but also contain strong recommendation that editors are expected to follow. Due to these reasons it is important that you comment and provide your view.

So please provide comments on anything from structure to spelling errors.

Thanks

Magnus Westerlund
