[AVT] End of working group last call: draft-ietf-avt-avpf-ccm-07

Hi,
The working group last call has ended. It was reviewed and most of the comments are editorial.
Thanks to Keith Lantz for his review.

Since there were no technical issues, I suggest that after fixing the editorial changes it will go to publication. The authors should also fixed the nits listed in http://tools.ietf.org/wg/avt/draft-ietf-avt-avpf-ccm/
