[AVT] New DTLS-SRTP Drafts Submitted

We just submitted revised versions of the DTLS-SRTP documents:

- draft-ietf-sip-dtls-srtp-framework
- draft-ietf-avt-dtls-srtp

These include the following revisions:

- Harmonized our requirements evaluation with the current
  requirements doc.
- Added a requirement to generate a pilot STUN transaction
  to address the SBC latching issue
- Clarified the anonymity issue as discussed in YVR
- Required that the SDP offerer do actpass to deal with
  symmetry breaking issues
- Merged the material from draft-fischl-mmusic-* into
  these drafts Note that draft-fischl-mmusic-sdp-dtls is redundant and
  has been incorporated entirely into the other two drafts.
- Added a section on interactions with ICE
- Removed the use of the connection line from SDP
- A bunch of cleanups suggested by Flemming Andreasen
