I agree that this is needed. I suspect that this needs to be something  
that is transmitted when requested by a user interface, as just typing  
CTRL-ALT-DEL in the client window is unlikely to have the right  
effect. (There are probably other such keys, such as the Fxx keys,  
that are not handled by the in-focus window.)
