[AVT] Draft on RealVNC remote frame buffer protocol

I've recently a draft which describes the remote frame buffer protocol 
used by the popular freeware VNC package.

Comments welcome.  I'm pretty sure we've gotten the technical description 
correct since my co-author is the guy who wrote most of the code.
