[AVT] FW: New Version Notification for draft-ietf-avt-rtcp-xr-pdv-02

This revised draft addresses Al Morton's comment at IETF 74, concerning
aligning the descriptions of packet delay variation metrics with the
terminology used in RFC 5481. Review comments on this and any others of
the Clark/Hunt -rtcp-xr-* drafts will be very welcome!

Thanks

Geoff
