It clarifies the first draft, based on external feedback (thank you), and notes that AES-encrypted media files must use PKCS7 padding. It also specifies a way to embed an MPEG-2 timestamp inside an MPEG Audio Elementary Stream. This allows clients to switch back and forth between an MPEG Audio Elementary Stream and an MPEG-2 Transport Stream.
