Does not RR already know the RTCP port and IP of the RS from the SDP? Are you considering a case where e.g., RS is behind a NAT?

Yes, this should be clarified. I agree with Tom that the updated RAMS-R should go to the FT as the first RAMS-R. We will add this to the next version.

I would propose an alternative text to Tom's suggestion:

"Note that RR MUST send at least one RAMS-T message (if an RTCP BYE message has not been issued yet as described in step 9), and the RAMS-T message MUST be addressed to the RTCP port of the retransmission session."

In other words, if a BYE has already been issued, there is no need for RAMS-T. Agree with this?
