Then it doesn't get optimised to IPv4 which isn't that big of an
issue. This uss of NAT64 will mostly go away as software vendors
get their act together and will be relegated to supporting a few
legacy applications. In the meantime they can deploy more NAT64
boxes in parallel if they are overwhelmed.
