Hi,

Anybody choosing to edit mibs for IEEE 802.1 needs to be(come) an IEEE
member. You should start the process by joining at www.ieee.org. 

You should then tell Tony Jaffree mailto:tony@jeffree.co.uk that you
wish to be considered for an 802.1 editor position.
