I have recently started to update our old FreeBSD implementation to
FreeBSD 5.4 and the latest DCCP-drafts.

Right now a mix between the one from March 2003 and the latest.

Haven't decided yet, it both depends on how much time I can put into it and
if I can get someone to help me.

Don't know, its hard to prioritize the development since I do it
in my free time and it gives me neither money nor university credits.
I plan to have something to release in August/September but it probably
will be some parts that are not finished by then.
